Au-pair is the international programme of youth job services in Germany. Aupairzentrale is one of the biggest agencies in Germany that has been working in the sphere of Au-pair programmes for more than 7 years. To improve the performance and quality of service, and also to provide additional functionality, a decision of creating a new multifunctional Web-site was made.

The Web-site is a user-friendly and full-service interface for the company clients, on the one hand and an automated means of business management, on the other. The main functions of the system are the following:

· registration of the questionnaires of different user-types (with multimedia applications: photo, video);
· flexible system of the search of the partners for the programme;
· notification of the users via e-mail about the new Au-pair registration that suit the specified conditions (Infodienst service);
· personal section for registered users;
· complete support of several languages;
· complete control of the gallery users from the administrator panel;
· variety of information pages that are controlled from the administrator panel;
· administration of the client connections, record of service payment, black-lists, etc.;
· notification of the administrator and users about the events via e-mail.

Customer relationship management system for «PASSAT» company

Belorussian company «PASSAT» has been working at the of whole-sale and retail market of Europe and CIS for several years. For stimulation their permanent customers and for attracting new clients the marketing division received a task of developing support system of individual approach to the clients.

After close studying of the problem, BelBC specialists developed a technical task at devising customer relationship management system that considered all the demands of the clients, business and technical peculiarities of the company.

The work of the project team resulted in the network-based application with the following structure:

· user’s interface that is available from any computer of the local network;
· availability of the system resources is permitted at the user’s level;
· accuracy, integrity and reliability of data processing is provided by the database management system, that supports the transactions.

The following business functions were realized in the system:

· administration of client directory with detailed information about each client;
· calculation of various discounts (which depend on different factors);
· recording of payments and setting fines;
· generation of various statistic report;
· storing and processing of histories of detailed cooperation with each client;
· realization of marketing campaigns and special offers.

Project management system for «D-SPORTWARE» company

Production and trade company «D-SPORTWARE» is well-known in the European countries as a supplier of quality and inexpensive sport goods and equipment. For central and effective administration of the personnel and coordination of the work of company divisions, the management decided on the development and deployment of the software for effective maintenance and monitoring of the project.

At first there were several joint seminars with managing staff of «D-Sportware» and BelBC specialists. After the meeting the managers of our company prepared technical description of the project realization and implementation of the required system.

As a result our specialists devised Intranet-system (Web-technology-based for corporative net), which provides efficient access of the users to current and operational information. Peculiarities of the realization of the system:

· implementation of user interface based on HTML-technology (it helps to minimize data flow in the network and to provide cross-platform compatibility);
· modern commercial system of database management is used for data storage;
· possibility of integration with various third-party applications;

Internetkontakte is a respectable date bureau with its headquarters in Munich, Germany. The services of this agency are aimed at men and women, who want to meet with their potential partner via the Internet with the help of the bureau. The Web-site is made in several languages. Apart from partner-search in the database, the site offers other various services.

The project resulted in multifunctional web-site. The following are just some of its features:

International painters gallery «Portrait4You.net»

Portrait4You.net is an online service for ordering paintings from private photos over the Internet. The service also provides painters free access to create own paintings for sale gallery. So any painter is now able to use our service for selling his paintings directly to our clients even without our mediation. A painter is freely able to manually edit any info about his paintings and himself any time he wish.

Design and layout of the Web-site for «WORLD WIDE CONNECTIONS» company

For the Australian company «World Wide Connections», that offers clients services on development of Web-sites and software, a HTML-code of the main site-pages was designed using HTML, Flash and Javascript technologies.

Design and layout of portal pages «RUSSIAN AUSTRALIA»

In cooperation with the company World Wide Connections the main pages of the portal «Russian Austalia» were designed and realized which aimed at consolidation of the Russian-speaking population of the green continent.

Design and layout of the web-site «SURF MUSIC»

The designers of our company worked out the web-site of the beginning singer Dejan. Later on the pages were laid out with sample MP3 tracks, photographs and contact information.
